Parcels can be modified by manipulating node or boundary placement. Cadastral Mapping Configuration automatically recalculates parcel area according to any modifications. Changes are propagated to topologically related elements.

If node features are enabled, modifying a node changes connected boundaries and parcels.

• Deleting a node attached to a boundary causes the boundary to be deleted.
• Deleting a node attached to two or more boundaries causes the boundaries to either be deleted or merged and the parcel definition updated.
